Legalisation
We are registered at the Foreign Commonwealth Office in London, which means we can have documents legalised by them within a few hours.

There are many reasons why you may need this service, usually for using Documents abroad.
Most documents may need to be translated and/or certified by a Notary prior to being legalised by the FCO, we can arrange this for you but you must be aware that we will charge our fee for this and there will be a fee from the Notary too.
Some documents will also need to be legalised by the consulate of the country they are intended to be used in, this again will depend on the individual country.
Our fees are as follows:
Legalisation at the FCO.
Agency fee: £120 + VAT (£144 inc VAT)
FCO Fee: £75
Notarial services, translation, certified documents.
Agency fee: £120 + VAT (£144 inc VAT)
Notary fees, this will depend on the service (and the length of the documents for translations). You should expect around £60 to £100 per hour for these services depending on the service requested. We will only pass on what we are charged if you require our assistance with these, we are not a Notary Public but we can assist in some cases, please contact us for more information.
Consulate Legalisations
Agency fee: £120 + VAT (£144 inc VAT)
Consulate fees will vary from country to country.
