Visa Requirements for UK and US passport holders:
Both UK and US citizens require visas to Saudi Arabia.
Important Information:
Passport must be valid for 6 months after the proposed end date of the visa
For ALL nationals requiring visas:
- Passport (must be valid for 6 months after the expiry date of the visa)
- 1 passport photo
- Application form
- ATH Order form
- UK company letter of support - click for a template
- Letter of invitation, this will be issued through the Saudi Government either by the inviting company or the Saudi Ministry of Foregn Affairs, often Women will only be able to apply if they have this from the Saudi Ministry of Foreign affairs
Time required:
We must input the travellers details on the computer system for the Saudi Government (enjazit) before we apply in Arabic - this generates an "e" number which we need in order to apply. We also have to pay them for this service and wait for the payment to go through, once we recieve confirmation of this we can apply, this is not instant and takes several hours from when it is initially put on and paid for... to the reference details coming through. Therefore this will add a day on to the processing time as advertised by the visa section.
4 to 6 days depending on how busy they are.

- All visas will be subject to an additional fee of $10.50 for processing the "e" number, this is included in our agency fee.
